Image management toolThis is our image upload, keywording and management tool "Horizon". This tool can be used for bulk loads up to 200 images at a time. These images can be tagged with main subjects, location, date, time, and key words which can all be edited later. Then just press the upload button and the images will on the website searchable within just a minute. You can also allow designated photographers to upload and keyword pictures to the website by themselves.

Your images are now onlineHorizon takes the images that you uploaded and creates four different kinds of images. A thumbnail, a small watermarked image that is visible on a zoom page and an original sized lesser quality watermarked image which customers can right click and save. This is encouraged because this gives customers the option to download the lesser quality image, think about its usage and then purchase the high qaulity image. Then of course your high quality original picture is also online. You can set the permissions for people to download your image after purchase. |

An example Zoom pageThis page includes detailed information about the picture including the date, the credit line which is automatically generated and linked keywords so that customers can use your site more efficently to find the perfect picture for them.

Users Tracking PageYou can easily keep track of all users and the orders that they made. This page also contains contact info such as phone numbers and addresses and allows you and the user to change this information, as well as giving them download permissions through this admin interface. We have a built search function making it even easier. Give users the ability to be a photographer and add pictures straight to you website. Also add agencies with many photographers which in the advanced package would allow you to automatically send out self paying invoices to photographers. Then it also gives you the ability to pay an agency with many photographers and list how much each photographer gets in commissions individually, but paying to just one agency. |

Orders tracking pageKeep track of your orders on the orders administrator page. Users can also look at requests they have made. Search for orders by user name, email, company, picture or order number.
